Anne Burrell

Anne W. Burrell is a American TV chef and an instructor from the Institute of Culinary Education. She hosts Secrets of a Restaurant Chef on the Food Network and the co-host of Worst Cooks in America. Ann Burrell's Food Network show Secrets of a Restaurant chef is a hit with her signature spiky blond locks and pumped up appearance, offers easy techniques anyone can master. Chef Burrell was a student and worked in the best New York restaurants. He also battled Iron Chef America and the cuisine of Italy. When she was a kid in Upstate New York Chef Burrell was attracted by the food. She pursued her passion for the restaurant industry by enrolling in The Culinary Institute of America following the completion of a bachelor's degree in English and Communications from Canisius College, Buffalo NY. The Culinary Institute of America was a wonderful learning experience for me. The Culinary Institute of America was an excellent location to learn. Following graduation, Chef Burrell spent a period of time in Italy studying at Italy's Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners while working at La Taverna del Lupo in Umbria as well as La Bottega del 30 a one-Michelin-starred restaurant in Tuscany. Burrell gained a greater appreciation of Italian food and culture throughout her time in Italy, which has influenced her style of cooking. Burrell is a celebrity ambassador for the Juvenile Diabetic Research Foundation and was a part of the Garden of Dreams Foundation Advisory Board, which helps children with obstacles. She has been a frequent presenter at conferences, and she travels across the nation as part of her mentorship job. Anne has, through her whole cooking journey, has said that it's an honor to be in a position to share her passion for the food industry with people.
